Terms of Use

Effective June 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of Docket (lsat165.com). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Docket is a self-paced LSAT-preparation tool. All instructional content and practice questions are original material written in authentic LSAT style. Docket is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LSAC. “LSAT” and “LawHub” are used for identification only. Official PrepTests are taken on LSAC LawHub and are governed by LSAC’s own terms.

No guarantees

Docket is an educational tool. We do not guarantee any particular score, admission outcome, or result. Score projections and law-school medians shown in the app are estimates and may differ from official figures — verify current data with official sources, such as each school’s ABA Standard 509 report.

Accounts

New accounts require administrator approval before access is granted. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, use one account per person, and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

The Counsel AI tutor

Counsel is optional and runs on your own Anthropic API key; you are responsible for your Anthropic usage and charges and are bound by Anthropic’s terms. AI-generated explanations and practice questions may contain errors and should not be relied on as authoritative.

Intellectual property

The app and its original content are owned by the operator of Docket and provided to you under a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own LSAT preparation. Do not copy, redistribute, or build derivative products from the content.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all content is complete or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Docket will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or study progress, arising from your use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
